Step-by-Step Guide

For using the character count tool,

Step 1:Type or Paste Your Text:Add text to the input box. This instantly displays the character count.
Note that the character count includes everything (alphabets, numbers, spaces, leading or trailing spaces, and special characters).
You also have the “Checkbox Options” to customize the counter.
  • Include Spaces:

    Check the box to include spaces in the character count. If unchecked, spaces will be excluded.

  • Include Special Characters:

    Check the box to include special characters in the character count. If unchecked, special characters (not letters, numbers, or spaces) are excluded.

The Character Count Display shows the character count based on selected options (spaces and special characters).
Lastly, you have the “Clear Text” button to reset the input.
